Metrics and Goals
Our commitment to environmental stewardship and nature conservation currently has us giving away 5% of our annual profits to leaders and organizations working towards protecting, preserving and rewilding natural ecosystems and biodiversity across the globe.
Also, to those taking care of community animals across cities, towns and villages.
Our goal is to increase this contribution to 50% over time - driving measurable and extensive impact, transparency, and long-term sustainability for our planet Earth and the future generations of all the species which it sustains.

Protect Natural Ecosystems
We respect nature and prioritize its preservation. Hence, by minimizing land disruption and integrating native landscapes into our projects, we make sure natural ecosystems are not replaced by concrete jungles. We have and continue to champion protection of native biodiversity and natural ecosystems by supporting leaders working on ground actively for the same.
Mitigate Climate Change
Sustainability is embedded in every stage of our design process. From energy-efficient buildings to climate-resilient architecture, we advocate for renewable materials, passive design strategies and low-impact construction practices. We collaborate with and support leaders who put environmental health first and vouch for methods to combat climate change, in urban spaces and elsewhere.

Strengthen Public Transport
Cities will thrive when mobility is accessible and sustainable. Our planning strategies support transit-oriented development, reduction of dependency on private vehicles, and encouraging cyclable and walkable cities with ample access to public transport. We support leaders who push for integration of infrastructure with public transport networks to develop environmentally responsible cities.
Reduce Waste Production
We highly emphasize on mindful consumption and circular practises. Hence, we aim to reduce construction waste through efficient planning, material optimization, and adaptive reuse of existing structures. We restrict use of plastics as well and support leaders who are working on waste management and advocating for reduction of waste production across the globe.
Practise Co-Existence
Every life has the right to co-exist. Thus, our main aim is to create environments where humans, nature and animals thrive together. So, we support leaders who champion this advocacy and ensure well-being of all the communities and are working towards providing consistent care to them, and especially the ones without a roof on their heads or without a voice of their own.
